FestivalHIF Presents BBQ & Brews 2026

HIF Presents BBQ & Brews is a high-energy outdoor festival benefiting the Housing Industry Foundation (HIF), taking place in the highly visible, prime downtown setting of Plaza de César Chávez in San Jose. The event brings together 16 BBQ teams and 16 Breweries for a professionally judged competition, with select ticket holders enjoying access to sample and taste both Beer and BBQ, creating a premium, interactive experience attracting 2,000+ attendees. Tracy Allen of the California BBQ Association is serving as Head BBQ Judge, with BJCP Grand Master and Master Cicerone Max Finnance leading the Beer judging panel. Bay Area indie rock favorites Finish Ticket are featured as one of our headliners, all while transforming a vibrant day in downtown San Jose into meaningful impact for families and children facing housing insecurity.
