MUTEK Montréal 2025

MUTEK is an annual festival focused on electronic music and digital creativity, founded in Montréal in 2000. The event presents performances and exhibitions by artists working with digital sound, music, and interactive technologies across multiple venues in the city.
The festival features live electronic music performances, audiovisual concerts, installations, and conferences that showcase contemporary digital arts and electronic music practices. Its program includes both established and emerging artists from international and local scenes.
MUTEK takes place annually in August, bringing together musicians, visual artists, and technology creators for a week-long exploration of electronic and experimental artistic forms. The festival has expanded to include international editions in Mexico City, Barcelona, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile and Dubai.
