Going into this concert, I was what you might consider more than a bit “green.” I’ve never been to Burning Man or Bonaroo in my life, and frankly, it’s been years since I stepped into an Electronica-House-Dance music hall. These guys truly know how to melt steel and burn the roof off a venue! No joke! I was truly impressed with their stage presence and intoxicating blend of funk and synth I ended up recording almost their entire set. The video also included a good sampling of the two opening acts, MZG and Buku, both of whom hammered out solid and memorable performances. I will be sure to keep The Floozies on my radar from now on. I have no doubt these highly talented and passionate craftsmen will be entertaining packed crowd for many years to come. They’ve definitely found a niche of their own. Too Hottt, indeed!!! Bass Junkies, Unite! Wow!!! My first x seeing/hearing Buku live, and what a fantastic experience it was! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a music producer twist more knobs or grind out more heart-thumping sounds in less than an hour, ever!!! Robert definitely didn’t sleep through his Music Technology classes in PA. He came to learn the craft and finesse of the art, and it shows on stage. You definitely wanna make time and budget to check him out if he ever comes your way. I wish I’d been able to meet him after the show just to shake his hand and praise his solid performance.
