Great sound, great bands. An even earlier start time on a Sunday night would be something to consider to help increase attendance. Do an email survey!!!!!! Matinees are popular. Doors at 5 or 5:30, first band at 6, headliner at 7, music over by 9 for sure. Home by 930-10.

Incredible show by Michael and the Arsonists as always. Robert's Westside is quickly becoming on of my favorite venues.

Halloweensteen is always such a treat! I had my doubts about the venue but I was wrong! Robert’s Westside was a great location for this show. Michael and company delivered a high energy performance of Springsteen classics plus a little Petty and a few surprises. Robert’s Westside is a great addition to the area as well!

Great show in an intimate setting. The Verve Pipe are amazing to see live and they always brings their best to each performance. I really appreciated that they came through and played a song (“Local Boys”) my son requested to them on Instagram. And the band is always accessible after their shoes and so gracious to their fans. Robert’s Westside is a great little venue and their staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have some great cocktails as well. I will definitely come back for future shows.

I’ve seen the Cactus Blossoms several times in various types of venues, and they seemed very comfortable at Robert’s Westside, with its honky tonk vibe and lively crowd, and as usual the show was excellent. They played several songs from their soon-to-be-released album, along with their classics. I was hoping they’d play some of their Dylan covers, but I’m sure they preferred to focus on their newer songs, which were all great. Also, Tommy Goodroad, who opened the show, was a terrific surprise and seems to have a very promising future. He’s a talented songwriter and performer and, with his style, it seemed appropriate that he was performing just blocks from where John Prine had grown up. I hope to see more of him around Chicago!

Absolutely delightful evening. Love the vibe of Robert's & it was a great crowd for a Wednesday. The Cactus Blossoms are my favorite band and I'll see them any time they are around!

If you’re into the blues, and you’re thinking about going, just go. Daniel Nicole band is probably one of the tightest bands working today. Treat yourself. You’ll be blown away !

More than 20 years since we have seen Fastball. Really enjoyable show. The new material is excellent . Also, our first time at Robert’s Westside. A great small venue and look forward to seeing more live music there.

It was my first visit to Robert's Westside. Great venue for a show. Excellent layout with a long bar filling the entire back wall across from the stage. Great room for intimate shows. Fastball is a band that I am very familiar with. I listen to all of their albums, since 'All the Pain Money Can Buy' quite regularly. They are an upbeat Texas-based rock band with great hooks and harmonies. They played a great mixed of new and old songs (4 songs from their upcoming album, 3 were featured on last year's live album). Very energetic show! They even included covers of songs from Led Zeppelin and Steve Miller Band. I'll definitely see them next time they are in town.
