Información
The Espee
San Antonio’s first spark of electricity took place here at The Espee and the energy has never left. Once known as Sunset Station, the newly renovated The Espee brings premiere live entertainment to downtown San Antonio--creating a space that is truly enjoyable for all.
Nestled in the heartbeat of downtown San Antonio historic St Paul Square, The Espee was originally named The Southern Pacific Railroad’s Sunset Limited Train Route. It quickly became a famous train station that served as a central connection to a multitude of states such as California, Missouri, Louisiana, and many more. Over the years it earned nicknames such as “The Building of 1000 lights”, “The Crossroads of America” and “The S.P.”

Melissa never, ever disappoints! She brings energy, she brings rock, she brings soul. She meetings over helluva damn great lead guitar! She's amazing. Since the first time I saw her in '88, she'll always be someone I drop everything to see!

the concert was amazing!!! i loved seeing Wallows again, and would absolutely go to another show, but probably not outside again lol... Porches was a very good opener, and really set the vibe for Wallows to follow right into.
my only complaint was that it was pretty hot. even Wallows themselves said it on stage between songs. the venue was outdoors, seating was very limited, and the water was quite pricey from the stands (which is to be expected i suppose), but was very beautiful and clean. this would've been a much better venue choice during the fall or winter, but summer heat in the midst of San Antonio was tough. bottom-line, a wonderful concert!!! can't to see them again!! <3

it was good don’t get me wrong, but it made me realize how much i love austin concerts better than the ones here in san antonio. I was in the pit vip and it was good but the crowd is just terrible especially the two girls in front of me that acted like they’ve never been in a pit. there is no personal space in pits, i’ve been in plenty of pits myself but this has to be the worst one. other than that it was a pretty good concert, i left before the encore it was so hot and i couldn’t take it.
