the venue was strange but loved all the bands! yay! mom jeans!
Wasn’t open until 10:40
No idea when who was starting
Blasterjaxx was amazing though
Saw them 20 days prior at Burning Man. They never disappoint. Absolutely perfect show from two legends. I only wish they would turn the lights down a bit at the Harbor Event centre and try and make the venue a bit more intimate and inviting
Amazing show, setlist was great from start to finish and the supporting artists put on an amazing show as well
I made a trip from Mexico and it was fucking amazing, a dream come true
Amazing. Mind-being. Brilliant. They are the real dealio. 100 straight mins of unrelenting sonic-schizo-trauma. I am born again, bathed anew in the blood of Death Grips…
Short and messy but good enough. Lineups were way too long
The performance was amazing, Death Grips brought it. They hit every major song I wanted to hear and sounded amazing. The energy was absolutely fantastic. The only thing within their control that was messed up was that they had nowhere near enough merch - literally everything sold out after about 1/3rd of people hit up the stand.
The venue was a mess though. Time for doors on ticket was totally wrong - showed up at 7:45 and didn't get in until 9:45 because doors didn't open until after 9 (when the show was supposed to start?) Band wasn't on stage until 11PM because they wanted to wait for at least 80% of the crowd to be inside. This was largely because there wasn't enough staff checking IDs and patting people down.
Security kinda fell short too. There was a dude near me clearly nodding, he kept falling over and genuinely seemed a risk to himself and security glanced at him once or twice but just left him leaned up against the wall basically half-dead.
Overall would absolutely show up again because Death Grips killed it, but not sure I'll be jumping on events at Harbour Event Centre again unless I hear they've got their shit together.
Amazing! I waited so long to have the opportunity to go and this show exceeded my expectations. Such a talented group! As a regular concert attendee, this show will likely stay at the top of my list of best concerts. Thank you!
Event night was amazing a little bit stranger than normal, but still amazing. Atmosphere at the beginning was dark and somewhat chill, In the sense of not too many people were dancing they were just absorbing the music into their system. Although the weather outside was chilly and cold, it makes sense that people were warming up before getting down. The laser lights wasn’t too much at the very beginning, however, towards the end, lights and ray beams were part of the ambiance and people dancing, frantically amazingly fantastic. Overall, I really did enjoy myself. However, I would like to see more laser, lights and ray beams with colors, flashing at the audience, because I’m a photographer /videographer and it makes your videos / photos look amazing when you see this.
Not to worry, I did get some amazing stuff.
FANTASTIC concert! This was my third time seeing ONE OK ROCK live in Canada. The band's energy is undisputed and their talent is insane! The crowd was great, too.
The venue, however, is a different story: evidently not designed for a musical performance by any stretch of the imagination; doors were opened late(?) so many of us missed the opening bands; upkeep was poor and it seemed like construction was still being done? ??🤔🤔
I'm happy that OOR has outgrown the Vogue in terms of attendees 😭 I just really wish there was a similarly sized venue for them to play at, here.
OOR was amazing as usual but the venue....wow. The worst I have ever experienced in my life. Please never play here again! This was a huge downgrade from The Vogue. Please play in Calgary next time too🥺😋
As expected, OOR was amazing live; Taka's vocals are incredible, Toru, Ryota, and Tomoya are astoundingly talented, and their overall charisma is off the charts!
While I don't love standing concerts due to how tired your feet get and how squishy everyone is, I'd happily jump at any opportunity to see ONE OK ROCK live again. Fingers crossed that they come back to Vancouver sometime--I'd love to bring more friends next time to appreciate their wonderful performance!
Wonderful, wish they are coming back soon. Love OOR!!!!!
Great concert but horrible venue with one exit and mobs of people getting hurt during the concert and before the concert so it took a while before the doors opened. The organization was very poorly laid out. Lack of security and order because clearly the people who wanted the merchandise at the end of the concert did not move out of the way for the people who wanted to get out place, therefore blocking the exit and endangering people(especially when it turned to a huge pushing shoving mosh pit to the exit).
I absolutely love the music and the energy One Ok Rock brings. Very good engagement with the crowd. However the venus is absolutely horrible. The door opened late, and by the time I got in, the opening band has already finished their performance. There were people crowding on escalators and standing on railings. There were a lot of feedback from the microphone during the performance. When the show finished, it was absolutely impossible to leave as there is only one small exit. the line to the merch and the line to the exit are also so close together. There were no security anywhere to guide the people.
Show was fire but the venue itself was not designed for this kind of show
One of the best shows I have ever been to! Peaches is absolutely unique, creative, and endlessly energetic. Every song has an element of performance art. I hope Peaches visits Seattle again soon.
