First time seeing Heathen a legendary SF Bay Thrash Band They performed amazing Talk to Dave Outside Really awesome dude Was expecting the crowd to be wild crazy mosh pit crowd surfing head banging but absolutely nada was completely shocked that everyone was standing still and just nodding their heads to the songs Didn’t even pay attention to Symphony X I went only for Heathen completely embarrassing 🙈

HEATHEN riffing out, turn around, and not a soul moving in the venue. This world truly is fallen! Russell from S-X self-proclaiming his band as "corny" thankfully brought some much needed energy from the crowd after midway through their set. Amazing what humility can do! As for The Opera House, the longest security metal screening I've seen yet. They are lost with their metal detectors - kinda like most of the crowd (somebody gotta tell ya LOL) This is in contrast to Periphery a week ago where I could hardly breathe during their second song and came back with someone else's blood on my shirt.
