MUUT

MUUT is a heavy psychedelic trio from Joshua Tree, CA, blending stripped-down desert rock with kraut-driven rhythms and doom heavygaze. Their sound balances raw power and hypnotic atmosphere, moving between tight grooves and immersive, soulful passages.

Drawing influence from bands like Pink Floyd and All Them Witches to desert legends like Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age, the band explores many sides of the sonic spectrum.

Their 2025 release, “Flight Time,” showcases a hazy, ambient restraint, while the upcoming single, “Ridin’ 62,” delivers a high-momentum driver defined by thick low-end and aggressive psychedelic textures.

Rooted in the high desert but not defined by it, MUUT remains both grounded and exploratory while balancing raw power and hypnotic atmosphere.
