Killah Cortez comes to San Diego for his only 2026 show in the city on October 20 at 7PM, Winstons Beach Club 21+, with special guests Westpark + My Band
Killah Cortez is a Los Angeles songwriter, producer, and recording artist blending alternative rock, indie, and pop with sharp hooks and direct, personal songwriting. After nearly two decades engineering and producing records for artists including Ab-Soul, The All-American Rejects, Cheekface, and The Kooks, he launched his solo project with songs built around resilience, hope, and human connection.
Westpark is a Southern California indie/alternative rock band shaped by beach towns, skateparks, late nights, and the consequences that come with them. Drawing from skate and surf culture, their songs move between the rush of being young, falling hard, making bad decisions, and dealing with what comes next. Loud, melodic, and rough around the edges, Westpark sounds like Southern California and not the postcard version.
My Band is Josephine's band. Henry is in it. They write songs. Josephine says "There isn't enough sexy music." Henry agrees. Their songs are dissonant, provocative. Josephine loves Elliott Smith. Henry's not crazy about him. However, Josephine and Henry agree that the songs they write together are sexy - and sound good.
