Ear Grabbing Modern Bluegrass With Heart & Hot Licks - Named "Ten of the Top Colorado Bluegrass Bands" by Denver Westword in 2024 & 2025, High Lonesome puts a new spin on traditional, hard-driving bluegrass with a sound built around good pickin' and vocal harmonies. This Colorado Front Range band is made up of players from all over the US bringing decades of diverse performing experience.
Veteran Bluegrass Journalist, John Lehndorff, describes High Lonesome as “Bristling with vocal, instrumental and songwriting talent with hard-driving live shows that are just plain danceable fun, High Lonesome is the latest breath of fresh music to spring from Colorado’s legendary bluegrass scene.”
