JOE NORMAL® ain’t yer average Working Class Hero. Even tough to impress Americana UK Magazine has called him “an American Ray Davies,” a mighty compliment for an artist raised on Britpop by The Kinks, The Jam, and The Beatles.

His latest single "Anytown Lights" embodies a working family man's strife, evoking 1970's era urban TV drama with a final glint of hope where there seems none is on the horizon.

Always rooting for the underdog, Joe's Stones-y rocker “I’M NORMAL PEOPLE” is an inclusive anthem that appeals to the underserved and work-a-day folks, celebrating regular people during a time where sensationalism and controversial figures and issues dominate the media landscape.

Previously residing in New Jersey and London, UK, then eventually settling in the alleyways of Los Angeles, Joe Normal® is a founding member of Sunset Strip glam-rock legends The Zeros, recently hailed by SPIN Magazine, for one of the "40 best albums from the last 40 years."

As a songwriter, Joe has cuts with rocker Sammy Hagar, The Click Five / Linda Perry guitarist Joe Guese, and Grammy Winning songwriter Scot Sax (Wanderlust, Faith Hill), and the achievement he may be most proud of, recording with punk icon Stiv Bators & Lords Of The New Church for the soundtrack of the Mike Nesmith film "Tapeheads."

Previously a touring guitarist with Michael Aston's Gene Loves Jezebel (Desire / Motion of Love) and 80's legends Dramarama (Anything Anything, Earth Day), Joe pays tribute to his fellow New Jersey mates with a powerful, Cheap Trick injected version of "Scenario" on his all covers album "NORMAL'ized," along with respectful nods to legends like Prince, The Who, Buddy Holly, The Drifters + more.

Joe has shared stages with Guns N' Roses, Elliott Smith, Jesse Malin, The Alarm, The Dogs D'Amour, Bash & Pop, Gene Loves Jezebel, The Smithereens, Twisted Sister's Dee Snider, Gin Blossoms, Warrant, Britny Fox.

Appearances on TV, Film & Radio alongside Howard Stern, Peter Noone, Erik Estrada & Chef Bobby Flay have given him a love for the screen.
