Don Knock

From his early days of growing up in Kingston, Jamaica, artist/producer Don Knock knew he wanted to contribute something bigger to the world. “I just knew music was going to play a role in my life, I just didn’t know how,” says the 30-year old.

He eventually moved to Queens, New York where he was influenced by the global rhythms of dancehall, afrobeat, hip-hop and much more. As a product of the Caribbean diaspora, Don Knock fuses those same sounds into his music today, bridging the gap between Africa, the Caribbean islands and New York City.

His global perspective eventually took him around the world as a traveling artist spending time in Denmark, Jamaica, Houston, Miami and more.

He has collaborated with music artists such as Dre Island, Anik Khan, Blvk H3ro, Ras-I, Nesta, Teemanay (Formerly Konvict Music), Mohamed Ali (X-Factor Denmark Finalist) and Danish reggae act Bigg Kaka.
