Biografía de The Dub Collectors
Inspired by the timeless sounds of early 60s and 70s reggae and soul music, the rocksteady group, The Dub Collectors, are dedicated to bringing their unique flavor of this classic genre in to the national spotlight. Combining melodic, 3-part harmonies, hypnotic, groovy bass lines, and catchy, singable hooks, The Dub Collectors vintage style straps the listener in to a time machine, and gives them feelings of nostalgia for musical days passed.
Formed in sunny St. Petersburg, FL in 2019, the 4-piece band features frontman Ryan Shadowens (Vocals/Guitar), Colin Smith (Vocals/Guitar), Burnes "Beaush" Feaster IV (Bass/Vocals), and Oscar "Danny" Matallana (Drums). Currently in studio, the band is writing and self producing an album set to release in 2026. While reggae critics and casual listener's eagerly await its arrival, one thing is for certain; it will surely be an indisputable display of the quartet's commitment to authenticity and true mastery of the rocksteady genre.
