Appalachian Possum Rock raised in the mountains of Boone, NC. the band has been on the road for almost 4 years now playing all over the country. their music is reminiscent of Tyler Childers if he would've started a mid west emo band in his early 20's. mosh pits, crowd surfing, & violin solos are guaranteed at every show. grab your tickets, see y'all soon

Truly inspirational and just in general so fun. The way they play and the fun they have on stage, you can tell they’re truly living their dream and that energy is just contagious and the passion shows in everything they do. I came for Dexter and the moonrocks but left begging for more Cigarettes @ sunset and can’t wait for another concert!!

Cigarettes @ Sunset is a band that hails from the mountains of North Carolina consisting of Garrett Dellinger, Sarah Vann, Ryland Bagbey, Wells Whitman, and Ethan Moore. Forming in 2021, the band calls Boone home. A sound that merges Appalachian angst with pop, outlaw country, and punk. Since 2021, they’ve been touring regularly through the east coast with such acts as Dexter & The Moonrocks and others.
The band’s music juxtaposes driving guitar riffs, drums that swerve out of country and punk, with swelling violin, and Dellinger’s semi-autobiographical lyrics anchor the band in both time and place. Their live shows turn any venue into an intimate and energized space, amalgamating shoegaze, old time, and indie rock into a whirlwind of sound.
