Their folk-funk originals are paired with covers from artists spanning from Neil Young to Jimi Hendrix to Vulfpeck. Laufenberg's vocals and 12-string guitar interludes are complemented by harmonious saxophone solos and alto flute riffs by Daniel Haschke. The intimate sonic atmosphere is held together by Claire Kannapell's formidable upright bass and vocal performance. Laufenberg and Haschke also play with Madison’s award-winning funk-fusion band Wurk.
