THE BUTTER THIEVES is a unique fusion project by Janardana Das, who has captivated audiences worldwide, seamlessly blending global cultural musical influences with the traditional mantra chants of the East. This fusion of sounds has made Kirtan more accessible to people from all walks of life.
With a passion for serving others, Janardana’s performances are characterized by his ecstatic chanting and dancing, poetic lyricism, medicine songs, and exuberant energy.
