About this concert
A day of music raising money for and celebrating the great Jay Ceballos , a longtime family friend of the Grisman’s and of fine acoustic music and musicians everywhere. Jay is a master cannabis cultivator whose small batch buds have been enjoyed by legends like Jerry Garcia, Stephane Grappelli, David Grisman, and John Hartford, and he needs help from the community to continue his battle against cancer.

Sam Grisman Project or "SGP" is a collective of musicians and lifelong friends which includes Samson "Sam" Grisman, Ric Robertson, Aaron Lipp, and Chris J. English. SGP is organized by Sam -- son of mandolinist David "Dawg" Grisman. Their mission is to spread joy through music, while showcasing their deep passion and appreciation for the repertoire of Sam’s father and his good friend Jerry Garcia. Catch them touring heavily across the US in 2024!
