One of the best shows ever. This young man is the real deal.

His performance and how he interacted with the audience and band members impressed me. He was very engaged and professional while displaying so much talent. I am so glad I stayed in the pavilion area and saw his part of the show. Thank you, Matthew. You are a force to be reckoned with. I hope to see him again in the near future. A great show and incredible talent!

He was amazing. Quite the performance

This performance was phenomenal! My soul was happy watching and listening to him! He interacted with the audience and had us participate. At the end of the performance he told us that he wanted to meet us and he was waiting when we walked out.

Matthew is a generational talent. He appears to be playing new material on this tour, along with new interpretations of his recorded songs. It's terrific throughout. My personal preference is for his Hammond B3 performances, but it's all great. And he has such a great spirit to go with the funk.

This man is SO talented. I'm thrilled to have had an opportunity to witness the magic he is able to exude from his piano, keyboard, and organ. He really looked like he was having such a great time doing what he loves. Thank you also to his band mates for sharing their talent. Together you sounded phenomenal. Matthew Whitaker puts on a show that you have to witness more than once.

Matthew Whitaker was phenomenal, his talent and his musical 🎼 skills is just beyond words. He is on the top of our list to follow and see when he comes back to Phoenix, would not dare miss him play. And if you get a chance to see him at the MIM, even better, the acoustics are incredible and the small venue makes for a more intimate setting.

The show was incredible. Matthew was entertaining the entire time. He interacted with the audience and encouraged participation. What I liked the most is him taking the time after the show to take pictures with the audience.

Wonderful, lively performance. The entire quintet was amazing, and Matt was outstanding. His talents on the pianos, yes both of them, were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the performance and look forward to future shows.

Matthew was outstanding. His musicianship is superb! His organ reminded me of Jimmy Smith. Matthew is also an excellent composer! They played several styles. The band was funky and tight! I strongly recommend that you experience the artistry of Matthew Whitaker!
