The "bad boy" among instrumentalists and founding member of 2Cellos, Stjepan Hauser, known as HAUSER, inspires worldwide with his virtuoso interpretations of famous melodies and creates a very special atmosphere at his concerts that is magical and touching at the same time. His shows full of light effects and pyrotechnics invite you to dream, enjoy, but also headbang, because with his mixture of classical, rock and dance he creates new experiences. His concerts are electrifying and combine beauty, elegance and true rock power.
HAUSER celebrated great success with the Duo 2Cellos. In 2011 they made their big breakthrough with the string instrument version of the Michael Jackson classic "Smooth Criminal". They played at the Queen's 60th Jubilee at Buckingham Palace in 2012, with Pope Francis in the Vatican and before the 2018 Champions League final.
Now the superstar cellist HAUSER is thrilling audiences worldwide on his solo tour "Rebel with a Cello". In September 2022, he released his latest solo album, "The Player". HAUSER's musical flexibility has led to collaborations with many legendary artists, including Andrea Bocelli, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, George Michael, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, and many more.
The exceptional Croatian cellist has a loyal, international fan base that is constantly growing, making him a phenomenon with billions of audio streams and video views on social media platforms.

Haus's interpretation of music has transcended mere recreation to reach a level of artistic reimagining, offering an unreserved and focused expression that overturns my preconceived notion of classical music's reserved nature.

From the moment he decided to create a new musical experience, blending the long-established traditions of classical, pop, and rock music, HAUSER has been performing in arena concerts worldwide, defying the conventions of the established music industry. His iconic rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” not only launched him as an internet sensation but also established him as a founding member of the duo 2Cellos. This performance captured the hearts and minds of millions, cementing HAUSER as one of the world’s most significant twenty-first-century instrumentalists.
HAUSER’s performance style can best be described as electric, a unique blend of cello pyrotechnics that combines beauty, elegance, and true rock muscle. His repertoire is as wide and expansive as the distance between Lady Gaga and Tchaikovsky or Shakira and Shostakovich. HAUSER is the dynamic cellist performing all of it and taking the world by storm - after all, how many classically trained cellists can say they have toured with Elton John?
