About this concert
Our 4th CINNAMiN Fest!! 😱 Join us on Saturday, November 4 for a celebration of music and community in everyone’s favorite backyard in Roxborough. 🥳🥳 Open to all and powered by your donations! Please consider a donation of your choosing ($20 suggested) to support these incredible musicians! Bring your own chair, booze, and food (although we’ll have some food and drink here). Live music from noon til dark and a few local craft vendors will be selling their beautiful work as well!
If this artist lineup looks vaguely familiar, it’s because we tried to have many of these artists in the past for two of our fests that got rained out in 2022! We are grateful to have them on board for November 4th.

Multimedia artist, MH the Verb is a full live experience mixing multiple vocalists, rappers, a neo-live fusion band, live visuals and DJs. Imagine what you'd see & hear from a collaboration between The Roots, Parliament Funkadelic, and Flying Lotus... MH the Verb is truly out of this world.
MH the Verb & his band use afrofuturism to build community while blending electronic arts and multiple genres of music, including; Hip Hop, Jazz, Funk, and Electronica. The MC/DJ/Producer has built a spacey catalog by mixing live instrumentation & studio production featuring musicians & producers from his AFRONAUT collective. Complimented by his deep voice and poetic activism, MH the Verb speaks to multiple generations with anthemic power delivering flows like affirmations. The self-defined #AFRONAUT has been acclaimed by Afropunk, Okayplayer, Complex, Mass Appeal, HipHopDX, and NPR. Once called “a whole new movement in Hip Hop”, MH’s catalog is about enhancing the future while honoring the past.
Featuring live mash-ups, genre blending covers, freestyles jams, entrancing beats, rhymes & poetry, MH the Verb is currently touring with his AFRONAUT Collective in following formats:
