Jake was struggling with his voice on some tracks, I don't know if he was suffering from a throat problem.....
His guitar work, and sound, is something to behold and his bluesy leads are something of an underrated revelation...
Whilst I love the Pavilions as a venue, booking such a name as JB on the same day as the Red Arrows was something of a bloomer 🤔😲
Making parking a huge challenge with traffic jams
Getting into the venue was slow with long queues
But, as last year, it was the queuing for food that was the most frustrating.
Two food tents with two staff in each....a lot of hungry angry customers.... Even though the food was yummy
Whilst there were bars in every direction, loads of staff, with no queues 🤔⛵
