The Devil Makes Three, formed in Santa Cruz, California in 2002, blends ragtime, country, folk, and punk. Founded by childhood friends Pete Bernhard and Cooper McBean, the band’s unique sound combines Delta blues, prohibition-era jazz, and bluegrass with a punk edge. Their seven studio albums explore themes of struggle, freedom, and resilience, often addressing darker topics with humor and relatability. Known for their raw, minimalist approach, their live shows create a powerful communal experience. Despite lineup changes, including the addition of MorganEve Swain, The Devil Makes Three remains dedicated to authenticity and storytelling. You guys are the best!! I got to see yall for my 1st time in Eugene, Oregon on March 2nd, 2025 🙌🏻 made the best of our trip to Eugene and went up to Molalla, Oregon the day before the concert, March 1st and went skydiving for my 1st time to celebrate 11-months no alcohol! I've been a long time fan of The Devil Makes Three and Brown Bird! I didn't know MorganEve was now preforming with TDM3 until a couple months before the concert, I was SO happy when you guys started playing Fingers To The Bone!! Unforgettable trip and concert for me!! I would absolutely LOVE if you guys covered 'Blood of Angels' as its always been my favorite Brown Bird song. Love you guys MorganEve, Pete and Cooper 🫶🏼 and David too. Happy Halloween y'all 👻👽🎃🍂🌙✨️🔮🪄
