Holding a guitar against the indigenous pattern of a well-worn sweater, staring forward with clear intention, and bellowing right from the soul, Peru-born and Alabama-based singer and songwriter Fabrizio infuses country and Americana with fresh blood and true fire. He pens universally relatable and undeniably raw songs unafraid to speak truthfully on addiction, loneliness, mental health, and everything in between. Growing up in Huánuco, Peru, Fabrizio’s father was a radio DJ and shared his passion for music with his children. Settling in the town of San Alejandro, the family lived “without running water and electricity” for a handful of years. Fabrizio often sang for fun, but he never envisioned a future with a microphone in front of him. With his old man’s encouragement, he moved to Smyrna, GA at 15-years-old. After living with an aunt for a month, he effectively learned how to fend for himself. He bussed tables at a Mexican restaurant in order to survive and figured out how to speak English by watching YouTube videos after school. Grinding to make a way, he paid for a couple semesters at the college until dropping out. Fabrizio grew out of painful shyness by taking a job as a door-to-door salesman. Re-embracing his formative love of music towards the end of 2023, he decided to purchase a guitar and post covers on social media. He caught the attention of Santa Anna who promptly signed him. He hit the ground running and generated millions of streams with originals like “No Blood Left To Spill,” a cover of “Lungs,” “Finish Line,” and “Lady of the Moon.” Now, he strikes a deep chord with his debut Recovery EP.
