Hailing from the foggy hills of San Francisco, Von Doodle Daddies is an old school rock and roll group with a new global purview. Born out of the pandemic isolation, a world in which artists need to speak up, and the shared belief that music heals, this band of life-long rockers is ready to break out, with cause, from the depths of a studio and into the public eye.

Songwriter Bob Appel, along with drummer Jeff Burris recorded and released two full-length albums (Are You Hungry & The Future of Flora), as well as two singles and an EP (Lunch Box) in a two-year period with a third release (Kaleidoscope Dream) on the way.

The universe opened the spigot and the sounds keep flowing out. But Burris and Appel were jonesinʼ to collaborate with a full band once it felt safe enough to emerge from the cave.
While the band isnʼt afraid to lovingly wear influences right on their sweat soaked sleeves, Von Doodle Daddies has brought together a full range of lifeʼs struggles, concern for others and the planet, never forgetting that laughter and not taking oneself too seriously is what brings folks together.
