I'm Josh Owens, a singer-songwriter from Richmond, VA. I create music that reimagines pop by blending Jazz, Folk, and Rock elements.


My musical journey began at age 7, riding in my dad's convertible, where "Horse with No Name" by America sparked a lifelong passion. Influenced by Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Jeff Buckley, and John Mayer, my sound evolved.


As a genre-bending artist, I craft emotionally intense and vulnerable lyrics, woven into a unique mix of pop, acoustic, blues, and rock. My conversational style explores complex emotions, tells relatable stories, and shares heartfelt messages.


Musically, I'm a multi-instrumentalist, skilled in guitar and piano, with a playing style reminiscent of bluesy pop and soulful melodies. Vocally, I boast a soaring voice, evoking emotional intensity.
