Benny returns to Folktale Winery & Vineyard!
It is always a special day when Benny gets back to his roots. As a native Californian, and former student in Carmel, there is always something a little unique about shows in the valley.
Come on out to one of the most beautiful outdoor spaces and enjoy some incredible wines, and tunes from Benny Bassett.
Bassett's musical style can be described as a fusion of alternative rock, folk, and singer-songwriter influences. Through his captivating performances, he creates an intimate atmosphere that allows the focus to be on the profound lyrics and the powerful emotions they evoke. As he looks ahead, Bassett is set to simultaneously embark on a six week European Tour, while working on new music for a highly anticipated upcoming album, promising a new chapter in his artistic evolution. With a desire to connect with larger audiences and share his authentic and introspective music with the world, Benny Bassett is poised to leave an indelible mark on the music scene, one heartfelt song at a time.

Benny Bassett Biography
Real. Life. Music. That is what you will hear when you drop the proverbial needle on a Benny Bassett album. With an industry zig-zagging its way across the universe trying to determine how music can survive a global pandemic, Benny has held true to the themes that have sustained him this far. “I think that trends come and go, but if you always stay true to yourself, you will find your audience, and they will stick with you through anything that comes your way,” says Bassett. Over the past six years this philosophy has taken Benny across the world to entertain audiences across North America and Europe.
2019 saw Benny release his sophomore EP “Words For Yesterday” to international acclaim from as far away as Norway. Music from the EP found it’s way on to numerous Best of 2019 reviews, and the song “Down Below” was featured in an independent film called “Caffeine & Gasoline”, which won best documentary and best soundtrack at the MotoTematica Rome Motorcylce Film Festival. The past year also saw Benny undertake his most strenuous and daunting tour schedule to date, including a stretch of 6 straight months on the road, in over 40 U.S. States, and 9 countries in Europe and North America.
2020 will find Benny in a town near you, as he continues to spin the odometer, in search of that elusive powerful musical connection, but never far from home.
