About this concert
Bob Anderson is a Vegas Icon and the Worlds Greatest Singing Impressionist. A stroke of luck found him sitting in a rehearsal with Nancy Sinatra and the Everly Brothers hours before Nancys opening night at The Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas. The Everly Brothers got into a fight and left Nancy with no opening act. Anderson walked up to the stage and said, Hey, Im a singer, I can do whatever you need. Approximately eight hours after Anderson walked into the Sahara in cut offs and a T-shirt, the 21 year old Vietnam Veteran was on stage performing with Nancy Sinatra. He appeared on the Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson twice in one week; the only performer ever to do so. Hes performed at The Academy Awards, The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for two Presidents, Monte Carlo and Londons West End Theater for the Royal Family. He had a ten award-winning residency at The Top of the Dunes in Las Vegas as well as an award winning residency at The Palazzo. He garnered six standing ovations at Carnegie Hall in 2022 for his reenactment as Frank Sinatra and will be returning to Carnegie Hall on December 21, 2024. He has been inducted into the Casino Legends Hall of Fame and The Las Vegas Entertainers Hall of Fame. People Magazine says Bob Anderson is Worlds Greatest Singing Impressionist. Simon Cowell says he is the best on the planet! Sinatra himself said it best, Hes got a hell of an act! His Autobiography, Vegas My Way, a compilation of amazing stories of his legendary career in Las Vegas, will be released late fall.
