Eat Defeat are a Pop Punk band who play fast energetic and melodic music with lyrics promoting positivity.
We've toured the UK, Mainland Europe, Japan (2017) and East Coast US (2019 and 2023).
Notable perfromances include: Fireball Fuelling the fire Tour (2018), 2 appearances at FEST (Gainesville Florida) in 2019 and 2023 and Punk Rock Holiday (Slovenia) in 2022
