Take Exit 7 and stay in the middle lane to head straight into the Orange Lot. Stay in the middle lane while traveling up the hill into the Orange Lot. DO NOT immediately merge into the Bus Lane. State Troopers will merge you to the left onto Restoration Way at the top of the hill when NYS Fair bus shuttling traffic allows.
