Blue Oaks

Founded by Brendan Stone in 2007, with material ranging from their folk/blues inspired debut single "Hit By a Train from New York City Blues" in 2013, to a full length album exploring the darker side of the human condition "Blue Oaks” in 2017.

With Stephen Hendry joining on guitar and Roman Anderson on Drums, Blue Oaks released their first live single “Ghosts” with “Day of the Lords” a Joy Division cover in September of 2020.

“Blue Oaks is once again evolving, with darker undercurrents and lush texture heavily calling to mind Stone Roses, Sonic Youth, and Dandy Warhols in Ghosts."

Blue Oaks has been self producing their sophomore album “Holding” over the last year.

Forthcoming singles “Light”, “Drown” and “Rose Coloured Dreams” will be released from Summer to Fall of 2021.
