Songs & Stars in proud to present New York pop country sensation, Jessica Lynn - live in Portsmouth!
Compared with Shania Twain, Jessica has been dubbed by press around the world as a rocket force, paving her own way as a unique face and voice in modern country music. She has been seen by millions on the road and in her two full-length nationwide concert television specials, Jessica Lynn This Much Fun, and Jessica Lynn Takin' Over.
In four years of international touring, Jessica has shared stages with some of the biggest names in Country and Rock music such as Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Clint Black, Phil Vassar, Jo Dee Messina, ZZ Top, and the Queen of Country herself, Loretta Lynn. This month she joined the Allman Betts band, the sons of the original Allman Brothers, for the debut of their world tour.
She has written songs with some of today's top hit writers, with her last two singles Crazy Idea and Let's Don't, hit the Top 50 and Top 40 respectively.
This year, Jessica will once again tour around the world, release her third nationwide TV special to begin airing on PBS this summer, and release new music.
Jessica will be supported on the night by Portmouth's very own country star, Lily Garland.

Rising music star Jessica Lynn is being hailed by press around the world as a "rocket force." With a relentless international touring schedule of 14+ countries, a pair of Top 40/Top 50 singles on country radio, and three full length concert television specials airing internationally, the New York singer songwriter is quickly becoming a household name.
Sharing stages with some of the most iconic names in the business (Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Loretta Lynn, ZZ Top, Richard Marx, and others), her dynamic, high-energy performances showcasing her powerful voice and instrumental talents playing piano, guitar, harmonica, and drums have garnered rave reviews from critics worldwide while building a huge and loyal global fan base.
With a total of 21 charting releases in 20 different countries within the last few years, Jessica has been featured by industry giants such as Billboard, CMT, and American Songwriter Magazine amongst others in addition to gracing the covers of numerous music magazines.
She was also recently named a Top 25 Livestreamer of the Year by Pollstar and is now touring in support of her record "Lone Rider," which hit the top of the charts on release weekend. Securing the #1 spot in country music digitally in both the USA and UK, as well as Top 5 all genre, the album has since charted around the world in addition to reaching #41 on the Top Current Country Albums Chart by Billboard, securing Jessica’s spot as the only independent artist in the Top 45.
