AbsoLUTE Columbus, OH native Charles Anthony Walker, also known as “AbsoLUTE,” was born on the 5th of December during the year 1988. Now 22, Walker has experienced a series of events which have inspired him to become the up and coming artist he is today. Surrounded by melodies as a child, Walker was bound to get involved with music at some point in his life. At the age of 10 he began to learn the history behind music and automatically fell in love. It wasn’t until Walker had turned 12 that he started writing music. Camille Walker, Charles mother, was a big influence when it came down to teaching her son how to expand his vocabulary in order to be a unique writer. It was just as important to Mama Walker for Charles to write great lyrics as it was for him. Everyday Walker came home; he was expected to do his homework along with an essay for his mom. After so many essay’s Walker was beginning to write lyrics like no other. Walker started recording in a local home studio, which he built, at the age of 16. After adjusting to his voice and pulling his swag together, Walker was ready to start performing. During his senior year at Brookhaven High School, Walker’s school administrator gave him the opportunity to create a school theme song. Expressing qualities of being a leader, he created "Leadership,” which had soon become a popular song at the school. Post performing at every advisory meeting, Walker went on to perform in a Midwest Regional Conference with over 1500 in attendance (Saginaw, Michigan) where he earned third place in the Vocal Category. Now, CEO of C.L.A.S.S. UTD, Walker is slowly but surely getting closer to his dream. The name C.L.A.S.S. represents Creative Lifestyle Advance Social Status; empowering people to live a better quality of life through clothing and media. Walker’s goals consist of planting a strong foundation, satisfying his audience and investing in a shoe and clothing line.
