Wilmington Celebration Choir Biography
The Wilmington Celebration Choir (WCC), formerly The Pillar Record Family, was founded in 1997 by Joey Gore. The choir is based out of Wilmington, NC. WCC is a touring gospel choir (not a church choir) comprised of more than 50 members. It is a multi-generational, multi-denominational group, representing churches and denominations throughout Eastern North Carolina. The diversity of this group lends to its unique blend of harmony and its passion for spreading the gospel through song. Our mission is to fulfill the call through the powerful tool of anointed music, bringing encouragement and healing to the Body of Christ, and more importantly, salvation to the unbeliever.
