The Raw-Cats

The Raw-Cats is a young and ambitious rock n’ roll formation from Austria.
The Raw-Cats’ identity is rooted in the 1950s and on the basis of rockabilly, its oeuvre combines a variety of stylistic influences that range from jazz, blues and rhythm n’ blues, to country, swing and rock. The band can thus be elegant, but wild, rough and tough, or as smooth as velvet.
The end result is a multifaceted, acoustic spectrum that is underpinned by rich and red-hot guitar and piano solos.

Die Identität der Band ist in den 50er - Jahren angesiedelt. Elegant aber dennoch wild, rau und ebenso samtweich vereinnahmen „The Raw-Cats“ auf Basis des Rockabilly unterschiedlichste Stileinflüsse, darunter Jazz, Blues, Rhythm n’ Blues, Country, Swing und Rock.
In Verbindung mit satten und scharfen Gitarren- und Klaviersoli entsteht so ein vielschichtiges Hörbild.
