In their home country they enjoyed more success, releasing their self-titled debut album in 1987 and a follow-up album, Gatecrashing, in 1989,. In addition to their debut single, they scored a total of five Top 40 hits including Blow The House Down, Room In Your Heart and Scales Of Justice. They were also moderately successful in Germany and France.
Artistic differences, as well as changes to their label Chrysalis, caused the band to break up in 1990 before their third LP could be released. Richard Darbyshire went on to pursue a solo career.
