So, there's LAYMENT, this band from Germany. On the one hand, you might consider the guys as 'one of those' teutonic Heavy Metal bands with catchy hooklines and some killer riffs. The soundtrack to have a beer to. Fair enough, but that's not all. There's more to this bunch of brothers, friends, former school pals and motorcycle maniacs that adds to the sound, the mood, the attitude of LAYMENT. They grew up with 60s + 70s Classic Rock, in the high times of Grunge they founded the band as an oldschool Heavy Metal outfit and developed their own definition of modern hard rocking music with a tiny glimpse of folk. Wherever the three Schmidt-brothers and their fellow bandmembers hit the stage, they will make you bang your friggin' head!
