Acerca De Kika Sprangers
Kika Sprangers
The music of Kika Sprangers (1994) is a refined blend of jazz and classical influences. The saxophonist and composer combines the lyrical quality of her instrument with a fascination for the human voice, which plays an important role in her work. Distinctive riffs, melodic lines, rhythmic variation and strong tension arcs characterize her compositions. Sprangers graduated cum laude from the Utrechts Conservatorium in 2016. Since then, she has established herself as a firm presence on the Dutch music scene.

Lo que dicen los fans
Last Friday, we attended the premiere of KiKa Sprangers’ HERA, performed with nine beautiful female vocalists.
HERA is a truly beautiful musical work of art. It gave me goosebumps! For an hour and a half, we were immersed in KiKa’s self-arranged music, and I can highly recommend going to experience this beautiful, almost angelic music for yourself.
Huge compliments to KiKa, but also to the incredible female vocalists who performed alongside her, both as an ensemble and as soloists
