I am 64 and I have seen the majority of who would be considered to be the best guitarists live No need to name them He is the best If you play the guitar and you are young you can try to aspire to him but !!!!! If you are old and play the guitar it’s just like “ give up” I ha be seen Joe all over the world for 18/20 years and tonight it was incredible

This was my second time seeing Joe and his bandmates in the past 6 months. I was disappointed in the 1st show, both because of the song selections and also because Joe was so loud you couldn't hear Reece or Josh or anybody else. I left early, something I've never done before in my life. The show last night at the Palace was completely different. It was outstanding in all aspects. Everything was pretty much perfect. This was the joe I wanted to see. I'm glad I went a second time. He and everyone else was just awesome.

This is actually one of my favorite shows! Joe, Reese, Greg and Michael (RIP) gave a personal and powerful performance with emphasis on live rather than stream. Small stage in Bluebird Cafe filmed in B&W with great camera shots of all of band. There were sweet close ups of each playing. Kudos to cameraman whose expert movement created live feel of watching from stage front but always smooth in transition. And Joe’s singing and playing and the band’s was stellar! This was not a show. This was a band playing its heart out. I actually recorded some on my phone. Not great from TV to phone but it pops up in my memories and I always wish it would be shown again! I would happily pay to view again! If you missed it, that’s unfortunate. I just Miss It! Please bring it back!

Joe Bonamassa is the best guitarist around! Solid 2 hour show! His band is incredible and what can you say about the best keyboard player alive...Mr. Reese Wynans! His back up singers could easily have a career if their own too. To top it iff we were able to meet him before the show. Can't wait until he comes back to town!!

Another Sold Out performance at the Van Wezel in Sarasota last night. Joe was in great form as usual, wearing a smartly tailored blue suit. Non stop great music with Joe introducing a Rising Star that he played dueling guitars with and took his sun glasses off and shook hands with him at the end of their music duos. Audience was super exited Bonamassa fans - electrifying and exiting great music as usual - sorry if you missed it - ❤️🎸🎸🎸🎸5 STARS

Joe was magnificent and didn't disappoint in his performance! He and his amazing band which are so talented played an exceptional show highlighting each of their talents and letting us celebrate each one!! Once again Joe is humble and shares his spotlight with his band mates and backup singers that are shining stars in their own rights! So glad we got to share this night of just great music and a fantastic venue. I'm one lucky fan💯

Another one for the records. A sold out show. Can’t say enough about the on stage talent Joe puts out front. My 8th time to see JB and checking off the various venues off my bucket list. JB played a great mix of recent and newer songs and the sent the crowd into a closing frenzy with Mountain Top. Love Red Rocks and hope to make it back again.

Got to see Joe play again which is always awesome. Unfortunately he played at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan and their tech guys screwed up the show. Joe’s amp went out 5 times while the rest of the band was still playing. The techs just couldn’t get their act together and Joe apologized to the audience and walked off stage to see what the problem was. He eventually came back out, apologized again and played one last song before the board conched out again. I don’t think Joe will ever play The Chelsea again and I wouldn’t blame him.

Incredible show. Full energy from the first note to the last. Joe came on bang on 9.30 and played until 11.15. There was a little chat between songs, but mostly it was left to the music (and the incredible band) to keep us spellbound. I've not been a particular fan of his music in the past, but I was very, very impressed. Definitely a show to catch - and as for the venue - within the walls of a medieval city - possibly the best venue I've ever been to. One negative - I did get my compact camera (politely) taken away from me when I entered the venue. I was able to claim it back after the show. Given that my (and everyone else's) cellphone takes better photos, this seemed a bit pointless. That was it, though. Great venue. Amazing show.

Joe worked his ass off during Shea's show. I was stage right, 7th row. The guitar solos were amazing to be sure. The Theater is absolutely stunning and a great place to see a show of this magnitude. The backing band and female singers are all very talented in their own right. My only complaint would be the crowded line-up for beer (didn't get one) and I thought the sound was a bit muddy and could have been much better comparing it to the wonderful Tom Petty song that led into the performance.

Joe Bonamassa has been on my bucket list to see for a long time. We finally got to see him and he didn’t disappoint!!!! We caught the bands last show of their tour and you would think they’d be tired and put in an adequate show. On the contrary, I think they played their asses off. What a tight band! Joe was phenomenal and our hope is he’ll come back to Spokane in the future. We’ll be there! Don’t pass up a chance to see this artist if you can, you will not be disappointed.

This was my second time seeing JB, the last being in Spokane in 2012. Both times I have seen him I have been super impressed with what a consummate professional he is as a band leader. The show was to start at 8 pm. At about 7:56 the PA started playing "The Waiting" by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, at concert level volume. That song is exactly 4 minutes long and the second it ended the lights came up and the band was in full swing. It was exactly the same way when I saw him 10 years ago. Of course none of that means anything if the music isn't up to par, which was never in doubt. Just an incredible stage full of musicians, including Reese Wynans of Double Trouble fame. Beautiful and talented backup singers, tastefully singing and swaying to the music. No histrionics at all just perfectly arranged song after song with a couple of comical one or two minute stories. In all they played over two hours and ended the show (before the encore) with a really cool medley of ZZ Top, Led Zeppelin and some other songs with iconic riffs that truly showcased JB and the bands virtuosity and versatility. I wish I would have bought tickets for both shows.

Joe Bonamassa was Amazing!!! He played 2 hours straight. I was smiling ear to ear the whole time. His slower blues songs were so beautiful I almost cried. He is truly an awesome entertainer! It was out first time to SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center. What a beautiful venue. We are definitely watching their schedule for future shows we want to see.

Joe and his band were fantastic as usual! I’m loving the new lineup with Josh Smith on second guitar. The guy is a beast! Every bit as good as Joe, believe it or not. They’ve played together so much that they really know how to compliment one another. The Fox is such a great venue. There’s not a bad seat in the house and the sound is absolutely phenomenal. To top it all off, there’s an attached parking structure that only charges $5. Easy in and out. The attached Food Lab with two bars is a quick and easy pre-show stop for a bite. I’ll take a show at Riverside’s Fox over almost any other venue.

Great Show! Joe and the band are exceptionally talented and put on a great live performance. They did some rockers and some old time blues jams. It was great to see him after the almost 3 year wait from the cancelled performance at the outbreak of Covid (and we even got to hear Joe's story about that night in 2020). He sounded great as did the rest of the band. Check him out when he comes to your town, you wont be disappointed.

Stupendous amazing fantastic! Use any adjective you can think of, but Joe Bonamassa played his ass off for 2 hours and 15 minutes!!! If you haven't seen him do yourself a favor and go see him! Maybe the best guitar playing I've heard, and I've seen Jeff Beck, Joe Walsh, Pete Townsend, Mike Campbell & Eddie Van Halen just to name a few.

Joe Bonamassa is a musical talent for the ages! I have been wanting to see him live for a number of years and finally got my chance last night. You don’t even need to like Blues in order to have an amazing experience when you see Joe and his star studded band perform live. An experience I will never forget! Thanks Joe!

Joe is a GREAT guitarist but...the sound was terrible, you could not hear the vocals at all. And it is VERY clear this is the JOE BONAMASSA show. I love his guitar playing, but there are only so many 10 min solos I can take in one night. I really believe he is a better guitarist than Stevie Ray Vaughn, but even though I am not a an avid Stevie Ray fan I can name at least 5 songs that he did....not so with Bonamassa. Guitar WIZARD ? ABSOLUTELY ! Good song writer....maybe not. Entertaining, but if you see and hear the First 20 mins, you have seen the whole show.

Joe was great and played his butt off. The band and singers were excellent. The negative was that the sound mix was awful on the louder songs. That's a periodic problem with the DPAC. We were in the box seats and the loud songs just mushed into a roar at times. Maybe it was better in the cheap seats.

I love JB and his new Band were great. I've seen him play 4 previous times and would rank this concert in the middle of them. (Nothing will ever beat the first time concert. Smaller venue and a cheap ticket and a lot more rock). I would normally give JB a 5 star rating but I felt this concert had too much of a promotional effort for his new CD. Blues of Desperation. I just got that CD a few weeks ago and am not that familiar with it yet. They did the entire album which left little time for the staples that people love him for. But with that being said I will continue buying JB tickets whenever he is in my area.
