Second time I’ve seen her Anne and she’s amazing. Totally blew my mind. Was also chuft as she grabbed my hand like. Best living female artist on the planet after PJ Harvey imo and there are some great ones about. She’s mesmerising to watch and has a great voice live , along with being a brilliant guitarist! I deffo recommend seeing her .

Annie always puts on a great show and the Mission Ballroom did not disappoint. As a bonus, we got to see Black Country, New Road (opener) and their set was amazing. Hats off to St. Vincent for showcasing a band of their talent.

Amazing show. You never know what she is going to do on stage. She never disappoints. She climbed up the second level to be with fans. She came out into the crowd. Had an amazing band and her voice at times cut right to the heart. If you have not seen her I recommend you do.

To be fair, I love St Vincent so biased for sure. That said, one of the best shows I’ve seen and I see a lot. Totally lived up to expectations.

I am a HUGE St Vincent fan. Her stage presence and the band she plays with were absolutely phenomenal! There was also cool props and decor on stage that went along with her newest album “All born screaming”. My favorite aspect of my favorite rockstars concert however, was how there was some “deeper” cuts that I wasn’t expecting. At this show she played Marrow and Candy darling which I was pleasantly surprised with (especially how she sung the latter). Here’s to hoping she plays Teenage talk or the powers out at the next concert of hers I go too! 🧡

Another opportunity to connect with Annie Clark and her creative genius… life affirming and inspiring, like attending a massive party of friends singing every line the hall was filled with a joyful ecstasy .. so many of her new soulful beautiful songs were played from what I consider her best work …

I won tickets to this concert and listened to St. Vincent in the past but nothing recently. Never realized she has such amazing guitar skills and the songs sound even better in person, such a rocker! Also loved how she and the band and backup singers all interacted with each other. They weren’t just stuck in their places on stage the whole time. Everyone had a chance to be seen and heard.

it was a really good performance, everything about it was phenomenal!!! her music is so special to me and watching her sing and play right in front of my eyes was magical.

I've never seen Annie or St. Vincent live and wanted to see what the buzz was about. I was completely blown away. The stage show complimented the music and enhanced the overall vibe. Annie is a great guitar player and lately she's suppressed her leads to fit the sound of recent albums, but this show allowed her enough space to show off her licks. The group was in lockstep and sound was fantastic. I'd like to go see another show on the tour👍

I love love love St Vincent and this was a cool stripped down version of a few of her hits. I LOVED the acoustic version she did of Breaking the Girl and said it was one of the first songs she started on guitar. The funniest part was a couple in front of me frantically searching on their phones to figure out the song. Lol. Pure violation to not know the Blood Sugar Sex Magik album 😂🤘🏽 Also the lighting for her performance was TOO stripped down though and my footage turned out mediocre lol. Womp womp

The production behind the entire performance was so mesmerizing!! This was definitely a show to remember. There was such good energy all throughout the set. One of best shows I've ever been to 💛

First I’ll say- St. Vincent is a badass and put on a great performance! She’s a one-woman show. My critique is moreso of the venue- The Bomb Factory. Unless the performer sets up some sort of platform to stand on, it will be extremely difficult to see them from standing in the general admission section on the floor. :-/ For the first section of her set, she was standing flat on the stage, and at one point kneeling on the floor, which makes it extremely frustrating if you paid money for a ticket to see an act- and you literally can’t see it at all from the floor.

Doors opened at 6:30 for 8:00 pm show. Show didn't ACTUALLY start until 9:00. Once it started it was amazing, but an hour late... seriously? And 3.5 hours after getting inside.

Knocking off one star for not being able to see her for the first few songs. I understand it was for filming purposes, but not totally convenient for a diehard fan.

Sounds amazing live. Has true talent. Can sing and play instruments amazingly perfect live. However it was a snooze fest at the same time, kinda boring, it's not music you can dance to or anything, you'll just be standing or sitting still.

St Vincent (superb), Coves (good). My 3rd concert in 3 days. This was the best one by far (take note Clean Bandit & Wolf Alice). Finaly an act that does not sacrifice quality for volume. Special note to the sound man who noticeably kept the vocals clear. Birmingham Institute is a great venue with a good sound. The way live music should be.

She had a really unorthodox style and can really shred!! Wish the opening act would have had more groove and soul. Whoever she was, she put the crowd to sleep.
