A group of musicians playing punk/hard rock with an eclectic mix of influences, namely old school punk rock, 70s and 80s hard rock, and thrash metal. Fast and loud original music, with a gut busting rhythm section and razor sharp guitar work, The Militia's lyrical themes range from anti-war anthems, tales of sleaze and addiction, Hell, and everything in between. The band's commitment to originality, uncompromising musicianship, and putting on a great live show ensures listeners they will never be disappointed.

The band is currently in the process of breaking out into the rock scene, bringing their music and message to the masses. After recording their first demo, Bite The Bullets, at Gimme Danger Studios in November 2007, the band is excited and enthusiastic about their future. With lots of new material and a film project on the way, expect big and exciting things from this group in the near future.
