Words That Burn

Words That Burn saw their 2016 debut ‘Regret is For The Dead’, chart at Number 1 in the Irish Metal, Rock and Mainstream iTunes download charts. 3 European tours followed.

Album 2 ‘PYRES’ was released in 2019 also hit the number 1 slot on iTunes mainstream charts followed by another tour and Irish supports with Alien Weaponry and Beartooth.

2020-2021, WTB completed their third studio album under the watchful eye of producer Josh Schroeder [King 810, Lorna Shore] before taking to the stage at Bloodstock Open Air for their debut UK performance in August 2021.

August ‘22 WTB played main support to As I Lay Dying on their Irish debut show. WTB hit Takedown festival in Summer 2023 in support of the critically acclaimed album, ‘Cut Throat Culture’, followed by a main support to ATREYU in November 2023.

2024 saw more European dates and their own headline show in the Academy Dublin. 2025 kicked off with a UK & Ireland tour with the band now back in the studio working on new material. They opened for THROWN & Heroit in Dublin in August 2025.
