Ace Frehley
Paul Daniel Frehley, aka Ace Frehley (born April 27, 1951) is an American guitarist best known as a founding member and lead guitarist for the rock band KISS. Frehley played with the group from its inception in 1972 until his departure in 1982.
After leaving Kiss, Frehley embarked on a moderately successful solo career, which was put on hold when he rejoined Kiss in 1996 for a highly successful reunion tour. The Ace Frehley show in Des Moines was so good, he brought out the strobe guitar and the classic smoking guitar! These are from the 76 &79 era, but it's still a highlight of the show! The crowd loved it and sang right along! Lots of guitar picks were thrown out, just like in the 70's! Overall it was a great evening for all! Don't miss Ace if he comes to your city or close at some point! Last but not least, The Val-Air Ballroom if you have never been to is a historic place to see a show with an excellent staff!

Not expecting too much from Ace, especially not expecting to be surprised. One of his best performances I've seen from him recently.
Val Air Ballroom is a phenomenal venue.

Ace is still rocking at his 72, even though his body movements are slow and make him hard play guitar and sing at the same time, the show is pure Rock and Roll. No playback, no supporting tracks, pure feeling!!
