Betrayed

Formed in Imola, Italy, in 2007, Betrayed has established itself as one of the most promising names in the modern Italian metal scene, delivering an intense blend of crushing heaviness, cinematic atmospheres, and relentless energy. The band's journey officially began with the release of their debut EP, Mass Hypnosis, in 2013. Since then, Betrayed has continuously evolved its musical identity, refining a sound that seamlessly fuses deathcore aggression, thrash metal intensity, orchestral arrangements, and electronic textures into a powerful and distinctive sonic
experience. In 2020, despite the challenges of the global pandemic, Betrayed released their first full-length concept album, Kasna. The record explores the fragile relationship between humanity and the planet, combining socially conscious themes with an immersive and emotionally charged musical narrative.
The album was supported by two official music videos, Purity and Time Is the Best Murderer, both of which received strong support from the international metal community and helped expand the band's audience beyond Italy.
Between 2020 and 2024, Betrayed brought its explosive live performance across Europe, playing numerous club shows and festivals while completing its first European headlining tour through Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary.
During 2025, the band continued its artistic evolution with the release of two new singles, Parasite and Cocoon. While Parasite explores the destructive nature of toxic relationships, Cocoon delves into the inner struggles of bipolar disorder, further highlighting the band's commitment to combining aggressive music with deeply personal and socially relevant themes.
