A synthesis of modern power pop and 1980s slinkiness a la David Bowie, Neon Tiger is a 4 piece pop-rock band hailing from Brisbane. Spinning urban hymns in the vain of Bruce Springsteen and Morrissey, Neon Tiger blends stadium disco choruses with a power pop punch that's adventurous, vibrant and damn catchy. The group was formed in 2011, when best friends Blake Howson (vocals) and Andy Watt (drums) began writing and demoing material together. With the recent additions of guitarist, Steve Barzdevicius and bassist, Jevon Hill, Neon Tiger is currently finalising their debut EP, which they hope to release later this year.
