Ryan Manuel and the Getaway is a hard hitting Red Dirt Country band based in Northeastern Kansas. Combining a style of traditional country, blues and southern rock, Ryan Manuel and the Getaway has a distinct revival sound that connects with audiences and makes any venue come alive. Since hitting the Kansas City music scene 5 years ago, Ryan has released a solo album "Kansas" and shared the stage with Red Dirt country greats such as Randy Rogers Band, Whiskey Myers, and Stoney LaRue. He has continually expanded his horizons, gigging through out the Midwest and forming Ryan Manuel and the Getaway. In between shows, the Getaway is currently writing and recording their first studio album as a group, each lending their raw talents and gritty styles.
