Sound was awful for all the bands, lead singer for HammerFall walked off stage numerous times in attempt to fix the sound issues. HammerFall put on memorable performance and made the show a success and worth it

Great show, Good Venue.. My one complaint is the sound was very low. Everything sounded good and well mixed, but the overall volume was very low for a metal concert. You could scream louder than the guitars almost.

Hammerfall was great as always. Superb performance, great stage presence, and above all, excellent songs. I have no idea how a band of this quality can be around this long and not be selling out areas across the world, including the US. There are not too many bands out there that continuously produce such quality albums on a regular basis. Every Metal Head and Hard Rock fan should be supporting and enjoying them.

What an amazing show from both bands Hammerfall and Helloween. It was my first time at History, and by far the best place for concert. Thank you!

Always put on a great show. This was my 6th time seeing them and 4th in the last 3 years. However, since it was sold out, this was the first time that I wasn’t up close to the stage/ in the pit, and I was able to kind of “stand back and relax” a bit and enjoy the sound more. And they sounded awesome. Best part: it seemed that the vast majority of people were there for Sabaton and may have never even listened to HF, but they were able to get that crowd into it and definitely made a bunch of new fans out of it. This tour was a perfect combo of bands. And two big names like HF and Sabaton made the show such an unforgettable night 🤘🏼

I missed most of there part of the show i was super bummed about that i was stuck in line to get merchandise but from what i did see it was awesome and i hope I get another chance to see them again soon 😱☠🤘✊

Hammerfall was awesome! Set list was a great mix of their new album and classic hits. Killer performance and crowd interaction. Can't wait to see them again!

First time seeing them. Hammerfall was amazing, their Musicianship is unbelievable. The Setlist was great, but what was bad about the show was the ambiance. The crowd ruined it, they sucked! I think it had to do with it being a Monday and lots of people that are from the Joliet area as opposed to Chicago.

Absolutely fantastic, the show was everything I wanted it to be. My only wish is to see them again so as to see them play more off of Threshold.

Hammerfall was awesome. I have seen them in concert many times. They always put on a great show. The venue Brick by Brick was a pretty cool place as well. I would see a show here again in the future.

They were incredible. I came for the Delain show... and Joacim Cams... and in the end I became another HAMMERFALL fan. Hope to see them again!!!!!

Pretty small venue, but they rocked it. Seemed like they didn't take a single break for the whole ~75 min set. Just back-to-back song after song. Joacim sounded good but tends to lay off on some of the high notes to save his voice I guess; but when he did go for them it was very rewarding. The overall sound was great too. Guitars had an awesome tone and the new touring drummer did just fine. I was about 5 rows back from stage center, and did not have any ringing in the ears the next day; so that's always a plus :metal:#HammerHigh

this was my first time seeing hammerfall. I would go again if they come back around. they put on a kick ass show!

Very powerful! Really great time ! Only regret was that daughter and I arrived late and we missed the greet and meet :/ Oh well show 2 awesome!

A very good show by a band that I love. Lot's of energy and great stage presence. These guys are awesome!! However, did not enjoy the VIP treatment. It was too strict and we could not take pictures ourselves. They even controlled the pictures where both bands were stuck together.... not pleasant !

Hammerfall was awesome and took plenty of time afterwards to talk with fans, take pics. a great bunch of guys. It was a 7 year wait to come back to US but worth it because they were awesome!

the show was great but I thought they will be the headliner since they're way better than the headliner I fill! but it was great I wish it was that a bigger venue or less people but that what happens when you put a big bands in a place like that. otherwise can't wait to see them again!

Awesome! First concert I've been to on my own, met some really nice people and the support acts where really great, especially the heroic ride to the fortress. Naturally, Hammerfall was the best.

HammerFall is the best band ever imo, and the support acts were both positive surprises. Never heard Civil War before and I can't say I love Edguy but I really enjoyed both! ...not as much as I enjoyed HammerFall tho.

WOW!!! What a show absolutely no doubt one of the greatest shows I've seen Hammerfall delivered right from the opening chord to the very end hope they are back again real soon ears are still ringing and my neck is pretty stuffed still from head banging all night!!!
