Young Animals is a Midwest emo and math rock band from St. Louis, MO, featuring Olive (vocals), Quinn (guitar), Nathan (guitar), Tommy (bass), and Joe(drums). Known for their intricate rhythms and emotional depth, the band merges complex time signatures with evocative lyrics and dynamic guitar work. Their unique sound blends the nostalgic elements of emo with the technical precision of math rock. They have released one full length album (“Disposition” 2018) and two EPs (“Lo” [instrumental] 2016, “BBQ Dads” 2020).
