We attended the Brad Long show on Saturday July 11th at the Backyard Sports Bar and it was nothing short of “Fabulous”. Brad and his band rocked on for three straight hours of nonstop music mix of country and rock. Brad has a powerful voice that adds passion and intensity to the songs that he covers, backed up by a group of highly polished musicians. We never go to bars to listen to music but whenever he is playing we will be making an exception. If you would like to see them on a regular basis you can at the Carolina Opry where he is the emcee and lead singer along with his band and a talented group of vocalists and dancers. Brad Long's clear, powerful, yet controlled tenor voice and rock-tinged country style absolutely shout "Nashville star." He has the sound, the look, the style, and the songs. He has a strong work ethic and a desire to continually improve. And as a result, he is making the connections. Hailing from Myrtle Beach, SC, he made the obligatory move to Nashville. He has shared the stage with such luminaries as Jason Aldean, Dwight Yoakam, Justin Moore, Craig Morgan, just to name a few. He polished his stage performances to a high gloss and in short, he's doing everything a budding country star needs to do to gain long lasting success.
