Sebastian released his first productions on digital imprints of great reception. As a consequence, his sound reached the hands of great artists like Paco Osuna, Marco Carola, Stefano Noferini and Umek. Thanks to the admiration of these artists towards Sebastian’s work, he is invited to join one of the most important labels of the world: MINDSHAKE RECORDS (Paco Osuna’s Label). He releases his Hustler EP under this label. recognized to be the “brother label” of Minus and Plus8, imprints managed by the well-known Richie Hawtin.

This was a huge step on Xottelo’s career. Thanks to this, his music started to be on labels of first category such as Stereo Productions (Chus+Ceballos). Interested for his work, Stereo released exclusive content of their label with some of Sebastian work: Madrid Music Days, BPM Festival and a VA compilation of great importance where they selected their best tracks of 2016. Sebastian’s track was played at the closing of Space Miami, where these two Iberic icons selected this song as the one perfect to close their extraordinary set. Afterwards, Xottelo gets signed to a label managed by one of the most prolific electronic artists in the world: Ramon Tapia. In this label, Sebastian edits his Look Out EP. Two huge artists played one of these tracks at the beginning of their sets: Paco Osuna at the beginning of his Awakenings set and Marco Carola in Music On at Cocorico. As a consequence of all his hard work, Sebastian gets to join one of the most representative labels of Germany: Great Stuff Recordings.

Therefore, Sebastian music has been used in official videos and after movies of recognized parties such as: Tomorrowland (he’s the only artist hailing from Bogota that has achieved that his music gets to be played at this famous festival), Creamfields, Enter, Awakenings, Territorios Sevilla with Sven Vath, between others. He was named by the RAVERS Magazine as “The artist of Bogotá, whose music is often played by the big names abroad”. All of this, has brought strength to his career and made a big increase on it. Also with his last tour in Central America and his return to Mindshake with a very special EP, this time the reference 047 that brings a great remix from Fer BR.


All of the above is a consequence of his impeccable sound, of his essence felt on his productions and sets that model his unique style.
