King King

King King sind Live immer eine Bank! Jetzt schon zum viertel mal gesehen und in der intimen Atmosphäre der Konservi ein Hochgenuss. Da hören die Leute noch den Songs zu und es wird nicht dauernd gequatscht. Jederzeit wieder.

Wowwwww that was intensly stunning!! What a treat!! From Zwolle to Hilversum to see them play. Please join us in the future in Hedon, Zwolle!! Such a personal touch with the songs stories, amazing! The crowd knew allot of songs, but when the alternate superintense song strong came, my soul left my body. The drums on that extra drumset, hollow, deep bass stunned me! Will be my favorite for the coming period! I loved every band members way of playing, presenting and interacting with the crowd! The ease with wich you play, everyone of you makes it a joy to listen to! Such a personal touch. Loved this with my soul, body and heart! Thank you! Ps And thanks to spotify for suggesting new songs!

I've been waiting to see King King for a while now .... they performed a decent gig BUT not a great one, probably because the singer had "pneumonia" (his admission not my prognosis)...the set list has been consistent throughout the tour and offered no significant highlights ....the new album, when it comes, March 27 allegedly, will contain some solid songs, based on the nights evidence IF the vocals are stronger

King King are my favourite present day band. I have followed them since 2012 and travelled a fair bit all over the country, from Devon to Yorkshire and all over the south coast just to see them. They are incredible! Their music is blues/rock and they play with such passion you can't help but get addicted to them! This was the first time I've seen them perform acoustic and I absolutely loved it. The passion and t he love they perform with is genuinely heart felt. Their interaction with the audience is always fun, whether it's their funny stories or getting the crowd to sing along. Just brilliant 🥰💫⭐👏🏻👌🏻

Amazing gig, from an exceptionally talented band - absolutely loved the latest single 'Strong'. Can't wait for the new album and next local gig of theirs in January! King King are literally that - King !

King King played a fabulous set at The Drill, Lincoln much appreciated by ourselves and the rest of the audience. They played many of their well known and popular songs but with an extra special twist and treated us to a couple from their upcoming album. Fabulous guitar solos from Alan and Stevie. Brilliant evening with support from the lovely Laura Evans.

We thoroughly enjoyed King King and Ben Poole! Playing with Fire put on a great event. Thank you @vanessamarie We saw Cardinal Black the second night and now we're fans. Chris Buck couldn't have been nicer. What an unexpected bonus on our trip to Omaha.

Great night with King King guys. First time in Cottiers Theatre and the acoustics in the venue are superb. Support was good but only did covers. King King did a 90 minute set covering Nimmo brothers stuff and King King numbers.

What a fantastic night. First time at QMU and a great little venue! The guys were on fire and for me, probably the best I have seen them. May the Christmas gig stay in Scotland for a long time to come. Looking forward to November 25.

Fabulous Christmas gig, King King sounding exceptional in their home town, Glasgow. Belting out old favourites and a selection of new tracks from their forthcoming album release, had the fans shouting out for more. Rock on boys!

One of the best bands I’ve ever seen perform. Super talented musicians and excellent vocals, and for me the songwriting was outstanding (and is so often overlooked). I will see them every chance I get!

This was my 3rd UK gig for King King but we have also seen them twice on the Keeping the Blues Alive 5 day cruise from Athens so we know the guys and their music very well. They are a brilliant hard rock band with 5 very gifted players led by a superb front man in Alan Nimmo. They have built a huge following and tour across both the UK and Europe with great success . They will take part in the American version of Keeping the Blues Alive next year and I have no doubt that the Americans will love them , particularly the kilted warrior frontman with the fabulous voice like the great Paul Rodgers. The gig in Aberdeen’s Lemon Tree showcased King King’s class and the big midweek crowd loved every minute. This is a very special band and hopefully they will extend their fan base across the Atlantic .

First time I’d seen King King live and certainly won’t be the last time. From the moment Alan Nimmo and the band walked on stage to ‘Highway to Hell’, they were fantastic…every song a crowd-pleaser. The venue was also great, small but intimate and perfect for gigs such as this. Glen Tilbrook was also a fantastic support, just him and his electric guitar…but that was all that was needed and he held the audience in rapture through a collection of Squeeze classics. Most enjoyable evening

Danke.

Superb gig. Gerry Jablonski Band were brilliant as ever and King King were magic. Capturing axsprit and feel at times that took me back to my early teens of late 70's easy 80's listening to Whitesnake in their much morexblues driven hard rock..

This was my first King King gig but I am a huge fan and friend of the Gerry Jablonski Band who were supporting them. King King blew me away with their raw power and brilliant blues rock numbers. Alan Nimmo is a colossus front man but the whole band bristles with class and high energy. Jablonski were the perfect foil with front man Gerry’s blistering guitar riffs combined with harmonica man Peter’s flashy accompaniments ! What an amazing evening of classic Scottish blues rock - WOW !

An amazing show as usual, everyone on top form but sad that it was one of Lyndsey’s last gigs, brilliant venue as well and my wife who has mobility difficulties and was using her wheelchair was treated like royalty with a great spot on the balcony 😊🎸

The guys were amazing, like always!! They blown me and the rest of the audience away. And for me the show is always too short... but after the gig is before the gig. So I'm looking forward 🙏
